• You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable and sublicensable licence to host, store, reproduce, modify (for technical purposes such as formatting or compression), display and distribute your User Content as needed to operate, maintain, improve and promote the Service.
• You are responsible for ensuring that your User Content does not infringe any third party rights and complies with these Terms.
• If you provide feedback or suggestions, you agree that we may use them without obligation to you, including for commercial purposes, and you waive any claims based on such use.

6. Our Intellectual Property

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Service for your personal or internal table-top gaming use, subject to these Terms. • You can cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings; cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Unless otherwise stated or required by law, all fees are non-refundable. Your statutory rights as a consumer in the UK/EEA are not affected by this clause.
